Dark Cherries
Northwest Dark Cherries, often referred to as “bings” are the leading commercial sweet cherry in North America and remain one of the few seasonal commodities. Dark Cherries are firm and juicy with a deep lustrous red color when ripe. Exceptionally large, Dark Cherries have a vibrantly–sweet with a touch of tang flavor. Dark Cherries contain high sugar levels (ranging from 16% – 20% natural fruit sugar) so they can be used in baking and require little to no additional sugars or starches.

Rainier Cherries
Developed in 1952 at Washington State University as a cross between Bing and Van cherry varieties. Named after Mount Rainier, the Rainier Cherry is an attractive, exceptionally large, golden–yellow with a bright red blush, and incredibly sweet flavor. Rainier Cherries are a premium niche variety, and have a distinctive appearance among sweet cherry varieties. Delicately flavored with high sugar levels (ranging from 18 – 23% natural fruit sugar), thick creamy-yellow flesh that is firm and finely textured.

Strawberry Cherries
Our all-new, unique Strawberry Cherries are a new premium niche variety, but they don’t taste like strawberries, or a cherry either. Strawberry Cherries are large, extremely firm, and deliciously–sweet. They are dark red with little pink freckles and slightly white to creamy pink flesh when ripe. Vibrant flavor and intensely sweet (ranging from 19 – 25% natural fruit sugar).
