Apple, Brie, and Dijon Baguette Sandwich

  • 1/4 French baguette (about 6 inches), split in half lengthwise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/4 medium, fresh Stadelman Granny Smith Apple (cored and thinly sliced into 5–6 slices)


  1. Spread the mustard on the cut sides of the baguette.
  2. Place the brie slices on the bottom half of the baguette, top with the apple slices, and close the sandwich with the top half of the baguette.
