- 1/4 French baguette (about 6 inches), split in half lengthwise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1/4 medium, fresh Stadelman Granny Smith Apple (cored and thinly sliced into 5–6 slices)
- Spread the mustard on the cut sides of the baguette.
- Place the brie slices on the bottom half of the baguette, top with the apple slices, and close the sandwich with the top half of the baguette.
